13所三级甲等医院308名临床护士护理科研诚信状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士科研诚信的相关状况,为促进我国护理科研诚信提供相关的理论依据。方法采用自设问卷调查法,对7个城市13家三级甲等医院,工作年限5年以上,且发表过科研论文的308名临床护士进行匿名调查。结果73.0%的临床护士对我国护理科研诚信的现况表示满意,但51.9%的临床护士对科研诚信发展趋势不太乐观;33.8%的临床护士对自己著作或研究成果的维权意识薄弱;47.1%的临床护士身边的科研人员存有科研诚信缺失的行为;科研能力、科研诚信的处罚机制、对科研相关规范了解度、国家相关规范、科研活动监督管理力度等因素被认为是影响科研诚信的主要因素。结论依据临床护士科研诚信的状况,结合我国护理科研现状,采取针对性的措施,才能有效促进护理科研诚信。Objective To acquire the status quo of nursing research integrity and to provide the basis for promoting the integrity of nursing research. Methods A total of 308 nurses with working experience more than 5 years and once published research papers were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Of the total, 73.0% of the nurses were satisfied with the current situation of nursing research integrity, while 51.9% of them had an negative attitude for its development. Meanwhile, 33.8% of the nurses had a weak right protecting consciousness and 47.1% of them once witnessed the lack of academic integrity from scientific researchers around them. Research abilities, punishment mechanism, the understanding of research rules, relevant national standards, and scientific research supervision were influencing factors of research integrity. Conclusion It is important to combine the situation of nursing research integrity with the status of nursing research to take some reasonable measures to improve the research integrity of nursing.
