品管圈活动在降低初产妇会阴侧切率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低初产妇会阴侧切率中的应用效果,为助产质量控制指标的制定和临床产程干预提供依据。方法由5名护理人员自愿组成1个圈,成立品管圈质量控制品管圈,确立降低初产妇会阴侧切率为活动主题,对活动前初产妇会阴侧切率较高的原因进行统计分析并制定和落实整改措施。结果会阴侧切率由品管圈活动实施前的56.9%降为实施后的33.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),无形成果中圈员的品管圈活动知识、节约工时、质量意识、团队意识、管理意识、解决问题能力均有提高,尤其是在品管圈活动知识和解决问题能力方面明显提高。结论开展品管圈活动不仅降低了初产妇会阴侧切率,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。Objective To discuss the effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of lateral episiotomy in primiparas and to provide the evidence for midwife quality control and clinical labor duration intervention. Methods One quality control circle consisted of five nurses and the activity with the theme of reducing the incidence of lateral episiotomy was organized, in whic, h the cause leading to high incidence of lateral episiotomy in primiparas was analyzed, and then corresponding measures were taken. Results After the implementation of the activity, the incidence of lateral episiotomy reduced from 56.9% to 33.1% （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, nursing staff improved their quality control knowledge, quality consciousness, teamwork spirit, management and problem solving ability. Goncltlsion Quality control circle is effective for not only reducing the incidence of lateral episiotomy in primiparas but improving nursing staff＇s teamwork spirit and quality management ability.
