当前湘西苗族社会的“文化网络”治理机制研究——以湘西花垣县BL村为例

摘　　要：湘西苗族传统社会中存在着一张权力的"文化网络",它由民间精英、社会规约、民间仪式、民间信仰等多种文化因素组成,在历史上这些因素相互协调、配合,共同规范着苗族的礼俗秩序。当前,面对国家现代化和乡村法治建设的推进,湘西苗族的"文化网络"进行了相应调适,仍然发挥着维护乡村稳定的作用。There is a power of ＂cultural network＂ in traditional society of Miao minority of West Hunan. It consists of folk elite, social statute, folk ceremonies, folk beliefs and so on. These cultural factors coordinate and cooperate together, and then stipulate the customary order of the Miao minority in the history. At present, in the face of the state modernization and the legal construction in the country, ＂cultural network＂ of the Miao minority of West Hunan has adjusted correspondingly, and still plays the role to maintain the rural stability.
