摘　　要：贫困问题的恒久性存在为中西方学者提供了广阔的研究空间。人们结合世界范围内普遍存在的贫困现象,在"贫困"概念界定的辩争话语中,基于国家及社会制度因素,多学科视野综合分析贫困产生的原因,并逐渐聚焦出切合实际的贫困研究法。在国家动员型和贫民自觉型的对比性反贫困研究过程中探讨科学策略,哲引世界不同主权国家消减甚至消除贫困,进而创造和而有序的人类社会。The fact of poverty permanently offers an ideal research condition for Chinese and Western scholars. According to widespread poverty in the world, people researched the poor causes and effective research methods with the talk of interdisciplinary knowledge based on the national and social system factors. During the course of comparative research On the anti -poverty model for nation and the poor, people obtained some effective strategies that led different sovereignty countries to reduce or even got rid of poverty worldly and so to create an orderly human society.
