摘　　要：铁路实施电气化改造具有符合国家能源政策要求,有利于推进能源就地转化等重要意义。通过沈阳铁路局实施电气化改造的效果分析,大力发展电气化铁路符合"科学发展、和谐发展、可持续发展"的发展战略,即机车运用及维修成本降低,机车运用效率显著提高,电力机车大中修周期延长,减少环境污染和加速车辆周转,实现沈阳铁路局对路网进行升级改造。Railway electrified reconstruction is accorded with national energy resource policy and is propitious to promoting energy resource transfer On the spot. Through analyzing the effect of electrified reconstruction implemented by Shenyang Railway Administration, great development of electrified railway is accorded with the strategy of ＂scientific development, harmonious development and sustainable development＂, which means the reducing locomotive utilization and maintenance cost, obviously increasing locomotive utilization efficiency, extending major and medium repair period for electrified locomotives, reducing environment pollution and accelerating vehicle turnout, all of these could realize the upgrade and reconstruction of railway network by Shenyang Railway Administration.
