摘  要:通过对无甲醛拔染剂T研磨改性,提高其水溶解性和还原性能,用于蚕丝织物的拔白印花以增强拔白效果。分别以干法研磨和湿法研磨2种方法对拔染剂T进行改性,结果表明采用湿法研磨并加入优选的分散剂,可使改性拔染剂T的粒径显著降低,颗粒团聚现象显著减少,在水溶液中具有一定的溶解性和分散性,有助于提高其对地色染料的还原效率。对改性拔染剂T用于蚕丝织物拔白印花工艺的温度和pH值2项参数进行优化的试验表明:在酸性条件下,温度低于55℃时,拔染剂T的还原性低;随着体系pH增加或温度升高,其还原性显著增强,pH 6~7、温度55℃是拔染剂T还原电位值的转折点。改性拔染剂T用于蚕丝织物拔白印花的试验结果表明其对地色染料的拔白性能优于常规拔染剂雕白剂H,且对织物的手感和强力性能无明显影响。In this study,formaldehyde-free discharge agent T was modified by grinding to improve its water solubility and reduction performance and used in the white discharge printing of silk fabrics to improve white discharge effect.The discharge agent T was modified with both dry-grinding and wet-grinding methods.The results showed that wet grinding with addition of preferentially selected dispersion agent could significantly decrease the particle size of modified discharge agent T and agglomeration of discharge agent T particles.The modified discharge agent T had certain solubility and dispersibility in aqueous solution,being favorable to improve its reduction efficiency to ground dyes.Optimization on two factors,temperature and pH value,of white discharge printing of silk fabric with modified discharging agent T showed that the reducibility of discharge agent T was poor in acid solution at temperature below 55 ℃.With the rise of temperature or pH value,the reducibility was remarkably increased.pH 6~7 and 55 ℃ were the turning point of reduction potential of discharging agent T.The result of silk fabric white discharge printing with discharging agent T indicated that the white discharge effect of agent T to ground dyes was better than that of conventional discharging agent rongalh H,and had no obvious effect on handle and strength properties of the fabric.
