IL-19及IL-20在扩张型心肌病患者外周血的血浆表达

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-19（IL-19）、白细胞介素-20（IL-20）在扩张型心肌病（dilatedcardiomyopathy，DCM）患者外周血的血浆表达水平。方法对扩张型心肌病患者34例和体检健康成人（对照组）32例抽取外周静脉血，离心后留取血浆，应用ELISA法检测IL-19、IL-20。结果IL-19、IL-20在扩张型心肌病患者外周血的血浆水平表达明显升高，与健康人（对照组）比较差异有统计学意义，男性与女性之间比较差异无统计学意。结论IL-19、IL-20可能参与DCM疾病过程，为DCM病理过程中炎症与抗炎网络的一部分。Objective To explore the plasm level of IL-19 and IL-20 in peripheral blood of dilated cardiomyopathy patients. Methods The patients with diagnosis dilated cardiomyopathy, control group were normal healthy adults, second day after admission from peripheral venous blood after centrifugation for plasm; therefore we examined the plasm level of IL-19 and IL-20 in peripheral blood of dilated cardiomyopatby by ELISA. Results The plasm level of IL-19 and IL-20 in peripheral blood of dilated cardiomyopathy patients were siginificant higher than control group.There was no significant different between females and males in dilated cardiomyopathy patients. Conclusion IL-19 and IL-20 are involved in the pathologyical process of DCM., and IL-19 and IL-20 may be a part in the network of inflammation and antiinflammation of DCM.
