自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲手术中的应用价值。方法将2011年5月至2012年5月我科收治的需行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的82例患者随机分成A组和B组，各41例。A组使用自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀，B组使用外科小圆刀，比较两组治疗方法的临床疗效。结果82例患者均获满意矫正，随访2～12个月，无并发症发生，但A组手术时间明显缩短。结论自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀，操作方便，力度易控制，制作简单，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of self-made nasal seplum mueosa ealtilage knife in eorrection of nasal septum deviation under endoscopy. Methods Eighty-two patients who needed surgical eon＇eelion of nasal septum deviation were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received trealmenl by using self-made nasal septum mueosa carlilage knife, and group B received therapy using small circle cutter. The clinical efficacy was comparecl between the lwo groups. Results Nasal septum devialion was corrected in 82 patienls. All the patients were followed up for 2 to 12 months. No eomplicalimls oceurred. Surgical duralion was obviously shortened in group A. The procedure was easier to be mastered hy those without previous experience. Conclusions Self-made nasal septum mueosa cartilage knife is simple and easy in elineial application and it is worth popularizing clinically.
