摘　　要：目的探讨研究康复训练护理对尺桡骨双骨折患者功能恢复的影响，对护理后的效果进行分析。方法回顾性分析在2009年11月至2012年11月期间来我院进行治疗的尺桡骨双骨折患者，随机抽取其中的120例患者作为研究对象，并平均分为实验组与对照组两组，对照组的患者实施常规护理，对于实验组的患者实施常规护理的基础上，加强对患者进行康复训练护理，对患者做好心理护理等。结果护理以后患者的前臂旋转功能有所改善，并且实验组患者的额功能恢复情况与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05），两组患者的并发症情况比较，实验组患者无并发症产生，而对照组患者有2例产生并发症，两组患者的并发症发生率进行比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对尺桡骨双骨折患者进行有效的康复训练护理以后，患者的前臂功能恢复明显加快，并且患者的并发症产生率有所降低，提高患者的满意度，值得在尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床护理中推广康复训练护理。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on functional recovery in patients with fractures of radius and ulna and to analyze the efficacy of nursing. Methods The data on patients with fractures of radius and ulna who had been treated during November 2009 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. 120 patients aged 30 to 45 （ 70 males and 50 females ）were randomly selected as study suhjects and then divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received rehabilitation training and psychological nursing in addition to conven- tional nursing care. Results The patients got some improvement in forearm rotation. Functional recovery improved more in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. No one got complications in the study group, while 2 in the control group, with a significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sions After the training, the forearm function of the patients recovered more rapidly, the incidence of complications declined, and the patients were more satisfactory. This training is worth being generalized in the nursing of patients with fractures of radius and ulna.
