舌癌根治术后胸大肌皮瓣舌再造术的围术期整体护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸大肌皮瓣用于舌癌根治术后舌再造的围术期整体护理经验。方法:舌癌根治术后胸大肌皮瓣舌再造术患者37例,其中男23例,女14例。结果:经床位护士精心护理,37例术后皮瓣完全存活,术后随访1-3年,全部皮瓣形态质地良好,舌功能不同程度恢复,患者对生活质量基本满意。结论:胸大肌皮瓣具有可靠血供,操作简便安全,适合同期修复舌缺损,但要求床位护士有丰富的临床经验及综合观察能力,而且应具备有全面娴熟的整体护理技巧。Objective： To investigate PeHoperative holistic nursing care of reconstruction with pectoralis major myocutane- ous flap after radical operation of tongue carcinoma. Methods： 37 eases of tongue carcinoma with tongue reconstruction after radical surgery in patients with peetoralis major myocutaneous flap,including 23 males and 14 females. Results： With the in- tensive care of nurse, 37 cases of flap survived completely and were followed up 1 -3 years, all the flaps form a good texture, varying degrees of recovery of tongue function, and all patients were satisfied with the quality of life. Conclusion：The peetoralis major myocutaneous flap has reliable blood supply, and which was easy to operate, safe and suitable for repair of tongue defects in the same period, but requires rich clinical experience and comprehensive observation of the nurse, and the nurses should have a comprehensive holistic nursing care skills.
