摘　　要：目的 探明头孢噻肟钠与临床常用注射剂配伍的稳定性.方法 摸拟临床用药条件,选择病毒唑等7种常用的注射剂在pH5.0.10%GS中与其配伍,考察在25℃,37℃,8h内的稳定性.结果 混合液稳定性受温度、放置时间和pH的影响较显著(P＜0.05).Objiective A stability study on mixture of cefotaxime sodium with somes injection most in use for clinical. Methods Imitate condition of use drugs in clinical, Choosen 7 kinds injections of virazole etc. With cefotaxime sodium mixed in the pH 5. 0, 10% glusose injection solution, Observation the stability in 8h at 25℃ &37℃. Results The stability of mixture distinct changes by the temperature, time and pH etc. (p < 0. 05)
