摘  要:在较低的温度(分别在1 150℃,1 550℃下灼烧和烧结)下热处理碳酸盐共沉淀前驱体,制得了致密的BaCe0.8Zr0.10Nd0.10O3-α陶瓷样品。采用SEM及XRD方法对该陶瓷样品的结构进行了表征,采用交流阻抗谱、氢浓差电池及电导率的氢同位素效应等电化学方法研究了陶瓷样品在氢气气氛中的质子导电性能,成功地将该陶瓷样品应用于常压合成氨。结果显示:该陶瓷样品具有钙钛矿型结构;在湿润的氢气气氛(含水蒸气体积分数约为3%)中,(300~600)℃下几乎为纯的离子导体,高于600℃为离子与电子的混合导体,离子导电为主,电导率最大值为1.66×10-2 S.cm-1;在620℃、外加直流电1.2mA时的氨产率达到1.27×10-9 mol.s-1.cm-2。Dense ceramic sample BaCe0.8Zr0.10Nd0.10O3-α was prepared by calcining and sintering the co-precipitate carbonate precursor at the temperatures 1 150 ℃ and 1 550 ℃,respectively.The phase structure and microstructure were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The conduction properties were studied by AC impedance spectroscopy,hydrogen concentration cell and hydrogen isotope effect on the conductivity.In addition,the ceramic sample was successfully applied to synthesis ammonia at atmospheric pressure.The results indicated that the ceramic sample was a perovskite-type orthorhombic structure and almost a pure ionic conductor at(300-600) ℃ and in wet hydrogen atmosphere(water vapor content:~3%),while at(600-800) ℃ it was a mixed ionic and electronic conductor in which ionic conduction was dominant.Its maximum conductivity was 1.66×10-2 S·cm-1 at(300-800) ℃;the rate of NH3 formation achieved 1.27×10-9 mol·s-1·cm-2 under the conditions of a direct current of 1 mA and at 620 ℃.
