摘 要:用2种巯基化试剂半胱氨酸(Cys)和硫代乙醇酸(Thi)与环氧氯丙烷交联的壳聚糖(CCTS)反应,制得2种接枝了巯基的交联壳聚糖Cys-CCTS和Thi-CCTS,用红外光谱和X射线粉末衍射表征了它们的结构;比较了这2种巯基壳聚糖和交联壳聚糖对不同贵、重金属的吸附性能,结果表明Thi-CCTS对Ag+,Cys-CCTS对Cu2+比CCTS有更好的吸附效果;通过分析吸附剂吸附金属离子前后的红外图谱变化,可以看出Cys-CCTS和Thi-CCTS中的巯基与重金属之间发生了很强的络合作用,因此认为巯基交联壳聚糖与金属之间既有物理吸附,同时也有鳌合作用;而CCTS与金属间的红外光谱图没有发生明显的变化,因此推断其作用为物理吸附。Two kinds of sulfhydryl cross-linked chitosan Cys-CCTS and Thi-CCTS were prepared by reactions from two types of sulfhydryl reagents cysteine and thioglycollic acid with chitosan cross-linked by epichlorohydrin(CCTS).The structures of CCTS,Cys-CCTS and Thi-CCTS were characterized by infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis.The adsorption capacities of Cys-CCTS and Thi-CCTS for several precious metal ion or heavy metal ion were also investigated.The experimental results showed that Thi-CCTS and Cys-CCTS presented comparable or even better adsorption effects in compared to CCTS for Ag+ and for Cu2+ respectively.The changes in infrared spectrum of sorbents after their absorption of metal ion were analyzed,intense complexation appeared between Cys-CCTS's and Thi-CCTS's sulfhydryls,as well as metal ion in the course of adsorption.These suggested that there were physisorptions and chelations between sulfhydryl crosslinked chitosan and metal;however,only physisorptions no chelation presented between CCTS and metal.The changes on infrared spectrum of CCTS and metal was unconspicuous.
