摘  要:讨论了网关技术在工业生产过程数据采集系统中的应用及关键技术。研究了网关在该系统中作为PLC的Profibus DP从站以及作为现场设备的Modbus主站的作用,以及如何配置来实现数据采集。给出了系统结构设计、通信组成设计,并研究了网关的工作原理、内部寄存器输入输出区以及它的配置工具ABC Config Tool。概述了采用网关在数据采集中的优势,网关本身的特点和在工业现场多种通信协议之间的转换所起的作用。The key technology of Gateway and its application in data acquisition system for industrial production are disclosed. The role of gateway as Profibus DP slave for PLC as well as Modbus master in the system, and its function as well as on how to configure to realize data acquisition are investigated. The design of system structure and communication composition are provided, and the working principle, the input and output area of internal registers and the configuration tool of ABC Config Tool are studied. The advantage of gateway in data acquisition system is summarized. And its own characteristics and functions making the conversion between various communication protocols in the industrial fields are discussed.
