地方新建本科院校创业教育的问题与对策研究——以蚌埠学院为例

摘　　要：开展创业教育是高等教育改革发展的必然趋势,而地方新建本科院校创业教育才刚刚起步。调查显示,新建本科院校创业教育存在诸多问题与不足,如:保障服务机制不健全、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱等。为促进地方新建本科院校创业教育健康、快速发展,必须相应做出全面改进,贯彻全程化、全员化的原则,营造浓郁的校园创业氛围,充分利用校内外各种资源,搭建创业教育实践平台,建设专兼职结合的高素质教师队伍。Carrying out enterprise education is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education.But the newly-founded provincial undergraduate colleges just set out on a journey.The survey shows that they have a number of problems and shortages such as faultiness of the security service mechanism,the imperfectness of the course system,the shortage of teaching faculty and so on.We must take some measures to develop rapidly and healthily.First,we must take corresponding improvement and carry out the principle of the whole proceeding and whole staff.In the meantime,building strong atmosphere of campus venture and taking full use of various resources in or out of campus is also one thing we must do.In addition,we also must set up the practice platform of the enterprise education to build the high quality teacher team which combines profession with amateur.
