摘  要:应用9 MeV加速器工业CT无损检测技术测量封闭体内不同材料间隙时,需定义样品的积分面积。由于在图像重建过程中,受多种因素影响,图像的质量会模糊、失真、有噪声等。通过对工业CT断层扫描图像进行处理,进而对图像进行边界提取。准确寻找样品的区域积分面积,为精确测量被测样件的层间间隙打下基础。Needding to define the integral area of the samples, when we measure the gap between the different materials in closed body by 9 MeV ICT. The quality of images declines in the image rebuildding affectted by many facts, especially representing image blur, distortion,yawp and so on. In the paper, we find integral area of the sample by dealing with images which are gained by industrial CT scan. In order to precisely measure the gap of the samples ,we should find the integral area of the samples exactly.
