摘　　要：以影响恩施旅游人数的相关因素为研究对象,建立灰色关联模型,找出与旅游人数相关的重要因素.针对恩施近几年的旅游人数,以灰色GM(1,1)预测模型检验2011年的旅游人数,预测出2012年的恩施旅游人数将超过2000万人次,并为相关决策部门提供了相应的方案.With expressway and railway in operation, Enshi tourism has developed rapidly. The object of study is the relevant factors affecting the number of tourists in Enshi. By building the grey correlation model, we find out the important factors associated with the number of tourist; secondly, by building grey GM（ 1,1 ） model ,we predict that the number of tourists in Enshi will exceed 2,000,000 in 2012 and pro- vide the corresponding solutions for relevant departments.
