摘 要:通过对高山柳不同年龄、不同长度、不同粗度、不同侧芽数的各种插穗进行扦插育苗试验,研究影响高山柳扦插成活率的基本条件,为高山柳繁殖提供参考。结果表明:插穗年龄是影响扦插成活率的主要因素,其次是侧芽数、粗度、长度;同时,总结出用1 a生、长度20 cm、粗度0.8 cm、侧芽数3个的插穗为高山柳扦插育苗的最佳方法。In this paper,researches were conducted on the basic conditions of affecting the survival rate of Salix cupularis on the haisis of cuttage seedling-raising experiment by use of its different age, different length, different coarseness and different number of side shoots in order to provide reference for Salix cupularis propagation. The results showed that the cutting age was a main factor that would affect the survival rate, and the number of side shoots, the coarseness and the length were next. Meanwhile it was summerized that the best method of cutting propagation was to use annual cuttings with 20 cm in length ,0. 8 cm in coarseness and 3 side shoots.
