肝动脉灌注莪术油明胶微球对荷瘤大鼠的抗癌活性

摘　　要：建立了大鼠移植性肝癌模型 ,对肝动脉栓塞用莪术油明胶微球的抗癌活性进行研究 ,结果表明莪术油明胶微球经肝动脉灌注对大鼠移植性肝癌有较好的疗效 ,大鼠平均肿瘤生长抑制率为 94 5 % ,平均生命延长率为 117 9% ,与对照组相比能显著性抑制肿瘤生长 (P <0 0 1)和延长大鼠生存时间 (P <0 0 1) .The anti tumor activity of zedoary turmeric oil gelatin microspheres(ZT GMS)was studied in Wistar rats bearing transplantable hepatocelluar cancer.Seven days after inoculation into the rats′livers,normal saline,conventional zedoary turmeric oil,placebo gelatin microspheres and ZT GMS at high or low dosage were infused into the proper hepatic artery.The results indicated that the rats treated with ZT GMS had a significantly slower tumor growth( P <0 01)and longer survival( P <0 01)as compared with the four other groups.It is suggested that the tumoricidal effect of arterial chemoembolization with ZT GMS is superior to arterial chemotherapy or embolizaton alone in the treatment of the liver cancer.
