摘 要:以与部分绵羊、山羊品种高繁殖力相关的BMPR-IB,BMP15和GDF9基因为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP分析福建省4个主要山羊品种(戴云山羊、闽东山羊、福清山羊和南江黄羊)这3个基因多态性与繁殖性状的关系。该研究显示这4个繁殖性状差异的山羊品种之间在BMPR-IB基因的相应位置上并未发生与Booroola Merino羊相同的突变,同时也未检测到BMP15的FecXI,FecXH,FecXB基因以及GDF9的FecGH基因的突变,由此可以排除这5个突变位点影响这4个品种繁殖性状的可能性。然而,由于福建省这4个山羊品种的BMPR-IB,BMP15,GDF9的全基因序列信息的缺乏,尚不能完全断定这3个基因对这4个山羊品种繁殖力性状没有影响。Our current project was conducted by using BMPR-IB, BMP15 and GDF9 as candidate genes to study the relationship among polymorphisms of BMPR-IB, BMP15 and GDF9 and the fecundity in sheep and goat. PCR-RFLP was applied to analyze the relationship between the gene and genotype polymorphisms of BMPR-IB, BMP15 and GDF9 in four Fujian goat breeds and their prolific trait. The results showed that there was no same mutation in BM- PR-IB gene of four goat breeds as that of Booroola Merino. The FecX^I, FecX^H, FecX^B of BMP15 and FecGH of GDF9 were not found. The possibility that the fecundity of four goat breeds were affected by the mutations of BMPR-IB, BMP15 and GDF9 gene could be ruled out. As we don't know the whole gene sequence of the three genes in four goat breeds, it's hard to determine whether these genes affect the fecundity of them.
