摘　　要：目的了解我国武警部队部分护理人员卫勤战备能力的现状和水平,探讨提高其战备能力的方法。方法 2010年1月至2011年12月,对参加奥运会安保、处理突发事件、维护社会稳定、抗震救灾、抗洪抢险、全运会安保、世博会安保、亚运会安保等重大卫勤任务的武警部队5所三级甲等医院和2所机动师医院1 321名护理人员(包括军人护士、非现役文职护士、士官护士、合同制护士等)进行问卷调查。结果有关战备能力评估的3个维度中,护理人员的临床护理能力得分最高,为(3.16±0.85)分,而护理人员对战备能力相关事宜的认同感整体得分较战备能力高,其中对个人事务/身体素质/心理社会的准备得分最高,为(3.96±0.86)分。结论我国武警部队护理人员的战备能力亟待全面提高,尤其应加强军队护理人员军事行动护理能力和战士/生存能力的训练,制定规范性、针对性的训练方案,以进一步提高战备训练的质量和效果。Objective To investigate the combat readiness capacity of nurses in Armed Police Force （APF） hospitals and to discuss the strategy to improve their combat readiness capacity. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011, the data of combat readiness capacity of 1321 nurses who had participated in major health service of Olympics security, preservation of stability, earthquake relief and flood rescue, National Games security, World Expo security and Asian Games security from 5 Class-III Level-A hospitals and 2 motor division hospital of APF（including soldier nurses, non-commissioned civilian nurses, noncommis- sioned nurses and contract nurses）. Results The survey results showed that the clinical nurses gained the highest scores （3.16±0.85） in clinical nursing capacity in the three dimensions of combat readiness evalu- ation; compared with the combat readiness, they gained higher scores in the overall scores of the relative sense of identity related to combat readiness and the highest scores were in personal matters / physical fit- ness / psychosocial readiness （3.96±0.86）. Conclusion The combat readiness capacity of the APF nurses needs to be improved, especially in the ability of military action and soldier/survival skills. We need to develop a normative, targeted training program to further improve the quality and effectiveness of the combat readiness training.
