摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因加不同浓度肾上腺素在睑板腺囊肿刮除术中的应用效果。方法 2010年3-10月,将第二军医大学长征医院眼科收治的睑板腺囊肿117例患者按随机数字表法分为3组,每组39例,即对照组(利多卡因组)、观察组Ⅰ(1∶10万肾上腺素+利多卡因组)及观察组Ⅱ(1∶20万肾上腺素+利多卡因组),比较3组患者手术部位表面麻醉后术中的出血量、手术时间、疼痛度、结膜充血及面部潮红等情况。结果观察组I的出血量及手术时间明显少于观察组Ⅱ及对照组,3组患者的疼痛度、结膜充血情况及面部潮红情况经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将1∶10万肾上腺素+利多卡因应用于睑板腺囊肿刮除术的综合止血效果良好且手术时间明显缩短,有利于减轻患者的手术痛苦。Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of epinephrine mixed with lido- caine on curettage of chalazion. Methods From March to October 2010, 117 patients with chalazion under- going curettage of chalazion therapy were randomly divided into three groups： control group （lidocaine group） , observational group Ⅰ （1 ： 100000 epinephrine ＋ lidocaine group） and observational group Ⅱ （1 ＂ 200000 epinephrine ＋ lidocaine group）. The volume of bleeding, operation time, the degree of the pain,conjunctival congestion,facial flushing were compared among the 3 groups. Results The volume of bleeding and the operation time of observational group were significantly less than those of observational group Ⅱ and the control group. There was no significant difference among the three groups in pain degree, conjunetival congestion and facial flushing（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of 1 ： 100000 epineph- rine and lidocaine can significantly reduce peri-operative bleeding,the time of the operation,and thus mini- mizes the patient＇s operation pain.
