摘  要:对水玻璃砂的CO2、氟硅酸钠的单一固化法及这两者相结合的复合固化法进行对比试验,结果表明:CO2固化法固化速度快,但终强度低;氟硅酸钠固化法固化速度慢,但终强度高、存放性好;将这两种方法进行组合形成的复合固化法,能使水玻璃砂固化速度快、终强度高且存放性好,从而更好地满足铸造生产的需要。The comparison of the methods of CO2 hardening and Na2 SiFt hardening and the compound hardening by both of them for sodium silicate moulding sand is made in this paper. The results indicate that CO2 hardening method is featured by higher speed, but lower terminal strength. On the contrary, Na2SiF6 hardening method is marked by lower hardening speed,but higher terminal strength and better resting stability. The method of compound hardening results in the higher hardening speed, higher terminal strength and better resting stability than the method of hardening by the single of the two, thus this method is suitable for the production of casting.
