英国国民健康服务体系改革及其给我们的启示

摘　　要：英国"国民健康服务"(NHS)体系正经历着有史以来最重大的一次改革。历经争议与波折,新医改法案终获通过,但其实施效果尚待实践检验。我国的新一轮医改正在深入推进,从英国NHS体系的改革过程中可以得到一些有益的启示。British＇s ＂National Health Service＂ （NHS） system is experiencing the most significant reform from its establishment. After a lot of disputes with several twists and turns, the new Health and Social Care Bill was finally passed. Yet its effect is to be proved. From the process of the reform of NHS system, we can get some useful enlightenment for our medical reform which is advancing a new round in China.
