摘 要:教学参考资源信息系统是高校图书馆新型知识服务的重要组成部分,是服务教学、科研最直接的体现。改变传统的服务模式,能使教学主体不受时间、地点的限制,通过多种途径检索和快速获取教参相关资源的信息,为教学提供了一个有价值的信息平台。教学参考资源信息系统建设是高校信息建设顺应了高校教学改革的需求,为现代教学提供文献保障,既能充分发挥自己的主动性和创造性,又能获得全面的信息资源,支持各种新型教学方式、满足自学和研究,提高教师应用现代化信息资源的意识与能力,提升学生信息素养,体现高校图书馆在教学科研中的重要地位与作用,确保图书馆在新的形势下,为学校的教学科研提供最优服务。A teaching reference information system is a vital part of new knowledge service provided by libraries at colleges, and plays a fundamental role in assisting teaching and scientific research. Emancipated from the limits of time and space by the improved service mode, teaching staff can search and easily obtain teaching reference information by making use of a multitude of approaches. In other words, this system serves as a valuable platform for teaching. In response to the call for teaching re- forms, such a system is expected to be built, aimed at providing references for modern teaching. Thus, libraries' initiative and creativity are encouraged and substantial information resources can be available to teachers. Moreover, teachers are improved in using modern information resources and students' quality in obtaining information is enhanced, which reflect the major role played by college libraries in teaching and scientific research. Under the new circumstances, therefore, libraries are able to provide optimal services for teaching and scientific research at colleges.
