摘　　要：介绍了疾病不确定感理论及测量,综述了疾病不确定感理论在临床护理实践中的应用现状,认为疾病不确定感理论有着广阔的发展前景,应在掌握理论的基础上结合我国国情,科学合理地指导临床实践,更好地为病人服务,促进我国护理事业向更加系统化的方向发展。It introduced the uncertainty in illness theory and its measure-ment,and reviewed the applied status quo of uncertainty in illness theory in clinical nursing practice. And it thought that the uncertainty in illness theo-ry has broad prospects for development, we should grasp the theory com-bined with China＇s national conditions,scientificly and reasonably to guide clinical practice so as to provide the better services for patients and pro-mote the development of nursing career in China to a more systematic di-rection.
