摘 要:[目的]研究乌鲁木齐市再生水用于农业灌溉的可行性。[方法]以小白菜为研究对象,分别用清水对照、浓度50%的再生水和浓度100%的再生水浇灌,测定小白菜内部微生物菌群数。[结果]浓度50%的再生水增加了小白菜68.94%的湿重,但是随着外源微生物内化程度的加深,小白菜体内菌群总数和大肠菌群数都在0.05水平显著高于其他。[结论]再生水在提高小白菜质量的同时能增加内部细菌含量,不宜用于小白菜等可食用性作物的浇灌。若在污水处理时加强消毒措施,则可以解决该问题。[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of agricultural irrigation with reclaimed water in Urumqi.[Method] Chinese cabbages were used as experimental materials and irrigated with control water,50% reclaimed water and 100% reclaimed water,and then the number of endophytic bacteria in Chinese cabbages was measured.[Result] Using 50% reclaimed water,the fresh weight of Chinese cabbage was improved by 68.94%;however,with the deepening internalization of exogenous microorganism internalization,the total number of endophytic bacteria and coliform flock in Chinese cabbages treated with 50% reclaimed water was significantly higher than the other two treatment groups(P0.05).[Conclusion] Reclaimed water enhances both the weight of Chinese cabbage and the number of endophytic bacteria,which is unsuitable for irrigation of edible crops such as Chinese cabbage.Strengthening disinfection during the process of sewerage treatment could solve this problem.
