摘 要:种植果树比一般的大田作物和绿化植物具有更高的经济效益,要提高果树的产量和品质必须作到适树适栽,充分了解各种果树的耐盐性是一个重要的方面;另一方面,随着人口增加和耕地的不断减少,合理开发利用盐碱地迫在眉睫,如果能够利用果树来开发盐碱地,无疑是一个很好的盐碱地农业发展方向,但是现有果树还很难直接用于盐碱地,必须要培育更加耐盐的新品种,体细胞耐盐突变体筛选研究是抗盐植物育种研究领域的新热点。对部分已有的果树耐盐性评价及耐盐突变体的研究成果进行梳理总结,以期为生产上合理利用果树资源和开发盐碱地提供参考。It has higher economic benefit to plant fruit trees than the general field crops and greening plants.In order to improve fruit yield and quality,tree species must match with site,so the salt tolerance of various fruits must be fully understood.At the same time,it is imminent to develop and utilize saline land reasonably along with increasing population and decreasing farmland.If fruit trees can be used to development saline land,it is undoubtedly a good saline agriculture development direction.However,the existing fruit tree varieties can't be grown in saline-alkali soil,therefore more salt resistant varieties must be bred.Study on somatic salt tolerant mutant screening has become a new hotspot in the field of plant salt tolerant breeding.In order to provide reference for reasonable utilization and development of fruit tree resources in saline land,part of the existing research results on evaluation of fruit salt tolerance and salt tolerance mutant were summarized.
