摘 要:[目的]研究不同浓度盐胁迫对小麦发芽期芽长、根长、根数及发芽率的影响。[方法]以耐盐品种德抗961、山融3号,当地主栽品种烟农19、连麦2号、连麦6号、陕229及相关品系为材料,不同盐浓度进行处理。[结果]耐盐品种在芽长和根长生长势方面均高于普通品种;根数的分生则出现两个方向,在0.5%盐浓度下刺激根的分生,根数要高于正常水平,在1%盐浓度下则表现为抑制根的分生,根数低于正常水平;而发芽率在低于1.5%盐浓度下不受影响,高于1.5%盐浓度则表现为只露白,无生长势。[结论]发芽期盐胁迫主要影响小麦芽和根的生长势,所以在耐盐小麦的种植过程中,关键的管理技术是控制盐对小麦生长势的影响。[Objective] To study the effect of different concentrations of salt stress on bud length,root length,root number and buds' germination rate in germination period.[Method] With salt-tolerant varieties Dekang 961,Shanrong No.3,local cultivars Yannong 19,Lianmai No.2,Lianmai No.6,Shan 229 and related strains as the material,different salt concentration treatments were carried out.[Result] Salt-tolerant varieties were better than common varieties in growth potential of the bud and root length.The meristematic roots appear in both directions.Root number is higher than the normal level when stimulated in the salt concentration of 0.5%,while in 1% salt concentration,root meristem is inhibited and the number of roots is lower than the normal level.Meanwhile,bud rate is not affected in salt concentration lower than 1.5%.It shows no growth potential but only grains in salt concentration higher than 1.5%.[Conclusion] Salt stress mainly affects the growth potential of buds and roots of wheat in germination period,so in the process of planting salt-tolerant wheat varieties,the key management technique is to control the impact of salt on the growth potential.
