摘 要:烤烟种子催芽包衣技术在烟叶生产中已得到广泛的研究和应用,与常规种相比,催芽包衣种表现出活力高、抗病抗逆性能强,播种后出苗迅速、苗齐、苗壮、生长发育速度快,烟叶产量高、品质优等特点。但是,随着漂浮育苗技术的日趋成熟,在育苗过程中还存在着许多实际问题,种子催芽处理技术还需要进一步的发展和完善。就当前我国烟叶生产中推广应用的烟草种子催芽处理的不同方法及其主要作用进行了综述,并提出应用过程中存在的问题及研究和开发前景,以期为优质烟叶的生产提供理论依据。Seed pregermination and coating technology were researched and applied extensively in flue-cured tobacco production,which shows good-vigorous,strong resistance to diseases,seedling quickly,evenly,strong and rapid speed of growth and development,high-yield tobacco leaves and good quality compared with conventional varieties.However,with the development of floating nursery technology,there exists many practical problems of the seed pregermination technology,which needs further development and improvement.Based on development of former researches,a review was given on different kinds of methods and their functions in pregermination of tobacco seeds,which are widely applied in tobacco production in China.The problems in the usage of these methods and their developing prospect were also discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis for superiority tobacco production.
