植物免疫调理剂对文心兰生长及抗病性作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]筛选适合在文心兰(Oncidium xhybridum)种植中使用的免疫调理剂。[方法]选用3种甲壳胺低聚糖植物免疫调理剂产品分别对文心兰黄3代的小苗、中苗、开花株进行处理,并设置农药(多菌灵)和空白2个对照,观察植株的存活率、生长性状和抗病性。[结果]植物免疫调理剂处理后,提高了文心兰的存活率,降低了感病率,促进了文心兰的生长,同时其处理的植株效果优于多菌灵对照。[结论]3种植物免疫调理剂中产品1-JKS处理的植株效果最佳。[Objective] To screen suitable plant-immunomdulator for planting Oncidium xhybridum.[Method] Three kinds of chitosan oligosaccharide plant-immunomdulator were used to deal with flowering seedlings of different periods of O.xhybridum.Setting pesticide and bland as two control groups,the survival rate,growth traits and disease resistance were observed.[Result] The results showed that after dealing with plant-immunomdulator,the survival rate and disease resistance of O.xhybridum were improved,the plants grow better than contrast of chemical pesticide.[Conclusion] The best plant-immunomdulator of three is product 1-JKS.
