摘 要:首先对传统理论模型进行了扩展,构建了一个包含结构效应、技术效应和价格效应的理论框架,分析了基础设施投资影响能源强度的微观机制。在理论分析的基础上,采用2004-2010年的省级面板数据,估计了基础设施投资对能源强度的影响途径以及影响程度。结果表明,基础设施投资流量会通过结构效应影响能源强度,而基础设施投资存量则分别通过技术效应和价格效应影响能源强度,但是,不同地区和类型的基础设施对能源强度的上述影响存在显著差异。总体而言,优先发展信息基础设施,同时将能源基础设施建设尽量后延有利于提升能源效率,确保在大力发展基础设施建设的同时,尽可能降低能源强度。This paper firstly constructs a theoretical model which includes structural effects, technical effects, and price effects, and analyzes the impact mechanism of infrastructureinvestment on energy intensity. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper estimates the impactmechanism of infrastructure investment on energy intensity using provincial panel data from 2004 to 2009. The results show that infrastructure investment flow could influence energy intensity through structural effects, while infrastructure investment stock could influence energy intensity through technical effects and price effects. yet the above influences will vary across provinces and infrastructures significantly. Overall. giving priority to the development of the information infrastructure is beneficial to improve energy efficiency, and decrease energy intensity as much as possible while infrastructure investment keeps rapid development.
