摘  要:基于UG NX4.0平台,采用截面轮廓特征识别方法对3D加工实体模型以面分层,自动识别孔类加工特征,并通过规则算法智能识别通孔与盲孔、内孔与外形、直通孔与锥度孔等线切割加工特征。按线切割加工工艺要求,自动生成已识别通孔特征的穿丝孔,直接用于线切割NC程序的生成,实现了线切割加工的CAD/CAM的无缝集成。On the basis of UG 4.0 platform, the cross-section contour recognition method which can automatically recognize the machining hole through the layered 3D machining model by the planes was applied to intelligently recognize the WEDM features and distin- guish via hole from blind hole, inner bore from outer contour bore , and straight through hole from taper hole by the rule algorithm. In accordance with the WEDM process requirement, the auxiliary holes were automatically created to directly generate the NC programs. Then the seamless integration between CAD and CAM was realized in the WEDM.
