摘 要:针对生产过程中产生的模切片因被撕拉而缺失的现象,导致需要大量的人工进行产品检验和补片问题提出了识别方法以及补缺的定位措施。根据周围中心点的位置数据可以给定缺失模切片的中心位置。采用邻域跟踪的方法找出模切片,并计算出位置与数量,可以快速分检模切产品,并能为机器补片提供位置数据,已在labview8.6上得到了验证。According to the phenomenon that the die-cutting chips were torn to miss during production process and in order to solve the problem that lots of labors were used to check and repair the die-cutting products, the recognition approach and the localization measure for repairing were proposed. Due to that the central positions of missed die-cut- ting chips were determined by the central positions around themselves, the neighborhood tracking method was applied to recognize the die-cutting chips and calculate the positions and the amount, then the die-cutting chips can be selected quickly and the position datum were provided to repair the products for machines. The method was validated in the labview8.6 software.
