摘　　要：分析了扣板零件的成形工艺,设计了成形扣板的切边、冲孔复合模,介绍了模具结构与工作过程。生产证明:设计的复合模提高了扣板的成形质量,提高了生产效率,满足了批量生产的需求,可供同类零件的模具设计参考。The process of buckle plate was analyzed and a trimming and punching compos- ite die was designed, then the die structure and working process were presented. Produc- tion proved that the quality and the productivity of buckle plate were improved by using the die.
