摘 要:活性剂焊接(A-TIG)技术的特点是焊前在母材表面涂敷一层活性剂,在相同的焊接规范下,同常规TIG焊相比,可以大幅度地提高焊缝熔深(最大可达300%)。文章对该高效的A-TIG焊方法在碳钢中应用进行初步试验研究,结果表明:碳钢采用TIG焊,可使钝边厚度为4mm的焊材在无间隙或有间隙的条件下,一次性焊透;20#钢管采用A-TIG焊,在不降低焊接效率和焊接质量的前提下,能够减少焊接层数一层和焊接材料的使用。Active agent welding technique was developed by Ukraine Barton Welding Institute in 1960s,and its wide researches were carried by American and European countries in the later 1990s.The feature of the technique is to coat a layer of active agent on base material,which can greatly increase the fusion depth of welding(maximum 300%) compared with traditional TIG welding.The pilot study on high effective A-TIG welding technique is conducted and the results show that the TIG welding for a carbon steel plate coated with active agent enables the welding material with root face thickness of 4 mm to be thoroughly welded in one time whether having a gap or not;for a 20 # steel pipe,the A-TIG welding can do less work of one layer welding and reduce material consumption without affecting the welding efficiency and quality.
