摘  要:目的 进一步了解湖滩地区日本血吸虫病的流行程度及特征。方法 选取鄱阳湖边某村庄 5 70位村民为研究对象 ,用 7次重复改良 Kato法及孵化法检测人群感染 ,并进行有关流行病学调查。用孵化法检测耕牛和散放牲猪的感染情况。采用系统抽样法对村庄附近的草洲设框查螺。结果 该村庄村民感染率和感染度分别为 5 5 .6 %和 43.3epg。男性感染率和感染度均高于女性。青壮年劳动力为感染的高峰年龄组。从事渔业生产是感染血吸虫的主要途径。散放牲猪和黄牛的感染率分别为 85 .0 %和 30 .6 %。两个草洲阳性螺密度分别为 0 .10 5只 / 0 .11平方米和0 .0 49只 / 0 .11平方米。结论 该村庄日本血吸虫病严重流行 。Objective For further understanding epidemiologic features and degree of schistosomiasis japonica in the lake region.Methods Faeces of 570 individuals in some villages nearby Po Yang Lake were examined by 7 repeated Kato Katz tests and hatching methods. Faeces of cattle (water buffaloes and yellow oxen) and pigs that grazing in the open grass area of the lake were also examined by hatching method.Results The overall prevalence and intensity of infection were 55.6% and 43.3% epg,respectively.Males had a much higher prevalence (62.2%) than females (49.0%).The peak of prevalence was observed in 15~40 years of age.Fishermen had the highest prevalence (80.7%) among all the occupational groups.Prevalences of pigs and yellow oxen were 85% and 30.6%,respectively.The densities of positive snail in the two grass beaches of the lake were 0.105 snail/0.11 m 2 and 0.049 snail/0.11 m 2,respectively.Conclusion The villages belong to heavily endemic area for schistosomiasis japonica.It is suggested that comprehensive control strategies for schistosomiasis japonica in the lake Region must be carried out.
