摘  要:针对电厂风机或水泵等辅机系统采用阀门、挡板调节管路流量而造成大量电能资源浪费问题,结合水泵或风机变频调速节能控制原理,提出利用变频调速方案对电机控制系统进行节能升级改造。结合电厂#3机组一次高压风机系统实际情况,探讨了高效可行的电机变频调速节能升级改造方案。风机改造运行结果表明,变频调速技术通过动态调节电机转速来控制流量降低轴功率,节能效果良好,且改造方案降低了电机起动电流和起动次数,避免频繁起动对电机和电网的冲击破坏,具有较大的推广应用前景。There exist a lot of power energy resources waste problems because power plant air blowers and water pumps adopt valve or baffle to regulate pipeline flow rate. Combining with pump or air blower variable frequency speed regulation energy-saving principle, this paper put forward to use a variable frequency speed regulation plan to carry out energy-saving upgrading reform for the electric motor control system. Combining with primary high-voltage air blower system actual situation of power plant No.3 generator set, this paper discussed high efficiency, feasible motor variable frequency energy-saving upgrading reform. Air blower reform result shows that the variable frequency speed regulation technology controls flow rate to reduce spindle power by regulating motor rotation speed constantly. The energy-saving effect is good and the reform plan has reduced motor starting current and starting times. The technology avoids the impulse damages on motor and power network caused by frequent starting with better popularizing application prospect.
