陕南产业结构调整问题分析及对策

摘　　要：【目的】进一步优化陕南产业结构,促进陕南经济社会的可持续健康发展。【方法】通过分析陕南产业结构中存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。【结果】陕南地区产业发展存在总体经济实力薄弱,二、三产业水平明显偏低,优势产业缺乏规模效应,生态环境保护压力较大,资金短缺等问题。【建议】应进一步优化陕南地区产业结构、发展循环经济、实现优势产业的集聚发展、优化融资模式等,以推动陕南经济社会的可持续健康发展。Objective This study explored the problems and corresponding countermeasures concerning industrial structure adjustments in Southern Shaanxi Province in order to optimize the industrial structure and to promote the sustainable economic and social development.Method Through the analysis on existing problems in the industrial structure,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.Result Overall,the economy in industrial development in Southern Shaanxi exhibited significant weaknesses.Problems in the industry included relatively weak secondary and tertiary industry levels,advanced industries scale effect deficiency,high pressure in the ecological environment protection status,and capital shortage.SuggestionThe industry should further optimize the industrial structure of Southern Shaanxi by advancing the development of circulatory economy,realizing the advantages of industrial cluster development,optimizing the financial mode,etc.,in order to promote the sustainable economic and social development.
