牛病毒性腹泻活疫苗田间试验

摘　　要：在完成牛病毒性腹泻活疫苗实验室研究的基础上,于2011年试制了3批活疫苗,经检验合格后,分别在3个牛场、总计180头牛进行了田间试验。结果,在试验观察期内,未发生牛病毒性腹泻病感染,且无任何不良反应,3个牛场的试验组在生产性方面与非试验牛群均无显著差异;抗体检测结果表明,试验组每头牛均出现了较高水平的抗体应答,log2SN50在7.4以上。由此说明,研制出的牛病毒性腹泻活疫苗不但使用安全,而且免疫效果可靠。Under the laboratory research of the bovine viral diarrhea living vaccine, three groups of living vaccine were produced in 2011. The vaccine was examined. After the assay was approved, the vaccine was used in three cattle farms（ 180 cattle）. The results showed that the cattle did not infect the bovine viral diarrhea disease and no side effects were observed. There is no significant difference in the reproductive function between the treatment group and the control group. The antibody examination showed that high level antibody responses were observed in the treatment group and log2SN50 was over 7.4.Thus,the bovine viral diarrhea living vaccine can be used safely and its function is reliable.
