四年生北细辛主要性状遗传参数及性状间相关研究

摘　　要：本试验对4年生直播栽培北细辛群体主要性状的遗传参数、性状间的相关关系及根鲜重性状进行了多元逐步回归分析研究。结果表明,群体内单根重变异幅度最大,可以通过根重进行以高产为目标的选择育种;单根重与地上鲜重、叶柄粗、叶长、叶宽、根长、须根数等6个性状均呈极显著正相关;逐步回归分析表明,对根鲜重贡献较大的性状主要有叶柄粗、叶长、根长、须根数,其中根长对根鲜重的影响程度最大,须根数次之。因此,在进行北细辛高产种质的选择应以根长、须根数为主,综合考虑叶长、叶柄粗等地上相关性状对根鲜重的间接效应。We studied on main character genetic parameters and the correlation of characters of 4 years old Asarum heterotropoides Var. mand- shuricum by directly seeding, and then analysed root fresh weight by means of multiple stepwise regression. The results showed the simple root weight varied most and we could proceed selective breeding that was high harvest as the aim by means of the simple root weight. The simple root weight was very significantly correlated with fresh weight of above ground, coarseness of petiole, length of leaf, blade width, root length, fibril quantity. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed coarseness of petiole, length of leaf, root length, fibril quantity had great contributions to root fresh weight. Likewise, the character of root length＇s effect was the most, the f＇thril quantity was second. Hence, we selected the high yield germplasm of asarum heterotropoides to take root length and fibril quantity as main, and then consider indirect effect of leaf length and coarse- ness of petiole on root fresh weight.
