有线数字电视前端安全播出监测系统的思考与实现

摘　　要：为保障数字电视业务的安全可靠运行,根据睢宁有线数字电视监测的技术需求,并针对数字电视前端播出平台的现状而量身打造一套监测系统。重点介绍睢宁数字电视前端监测系统的工作原理、监测内容及监测软件的主要功能。系统从信道、码流、视音频3个层面实现了全面立体的数字电视监测,通过对各个监测点运行状态的实时监测、指标参数的在线测量,报警集中管理,多画面监测显示,可及时了解信号质量、节目内容,以便快速判断故障点,保障数字电视业务安全、高质量传输。In order to ensure the transmission security of the digital TV business, according to the requirement of Suining digital cable TV monitoring technology and the present situation of the front platform of the digital television broadcast. I designed a set of monitoring system. This paper mainly introduces the monitoring system working principles, contents and the functions. The system achieves a comprehensive three-dimensional digital monitoring through the channel, bit-stream, audio and video.
