摘　　要：2012年9月初，国家发改委接连两日批复逾万亿元项目，国家发改委接连两日批复逾万亿元项目。沪深股市的三一重工、中联重科、徐工股份等工程机械行业上市公司，受此利好刺激，纷纷封上涨停板。与股市上的激情表现不同，工程机械实业界表现得更为冷静。The investigation in construction machinery industry in Three-North regions of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang in recent indicates the good information of national macro-control improves the con dence in the industry. However, it is estimated that the situation of construction machinery market in ree-North regions after entered the winter construction o-season in this year will be not optimistic due to geographic and climate conditions. Some industry professionals think the prevention of risk of end customer fund chain break is the predominant issue which shall be carefully dealt with by construction machinery industry in Three-North regions in this winter and next spring.
