指压翳风穴配合中药治疗顽固性呃逆30例

摘　　要：目的观察指压翳风穴配合中药治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法以拇指用力按压患者翳风穴,力度以患者感觉局部酸胀为度,持续按压不超过10分钟。待呃逆停止后,再根据患者虚实辨证给予对证中药汤剂治疗。结果所有患者均能完全缓解,短期内(一月)未有复发,有效率达100%。结论指压翳风穴配合中药治疗顽固性呃逆疗效确切,值得推荐。Objective to observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating intractable hiccup in combination with thumbpressing of Yifeng acupoint. Method kept thumb-pressing the patient＇ s Yifeng acupoint hard up to 10 minutes at maximum, until the patient felt sore and swollen up at part of his/her body. After the hiccup ceased, therapy of decocted traditional Chinese medicine followed according to each respective patient＇ s specific characteristics. Results all patients showed complete alleviation and no recurrence took place within short term （one month） , hence a rate of effectiveness up to 100% was observed. Conclusion in combination with thumb- pressing of Yifeng acupoint, traditional Chinese medicine demonstrated a definite efficacy in treating intractable hiccup, which should be a recommendable therapy.
