益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的护理

摘　　要：目的总结益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效和护理。方法对60例类风湿关节炎患者使用益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤治疗后的临床及实验室指标的变化观察并进行相应的护理。结果 60例患者进行1个疗程治疗,缓解18例(30%),显效30例(50%),有效9例(15%),无效3例(5%)。用药中发生注射部位红斑、瘙痒3例;上呼吸道感染2例;肝功能轻度异常1例;轻度胃肠道反应恶心5例,经处理后症状改善,未影响治疗。结论益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎安全有效,在治疗过程中配合精心的护理,提高治疗效果。Objective to summarize the clinical efficacy and nursing of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with etanercept plus methotrexat.Method to observe the clinical and laboratory parameters of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with etanercept plus methotrexat and gave them corresponding nursing care.Results after a course of treatment,18 cases remission（30%）;30 cases markedly effective（50%）;9 cases effective（15%）;3 cases ineffective.In The Treatment Process,injection site erythema or itching occurred in 3 cases;the upper respiratory tract infection in 2 cases;mild liver damage in 2 cases;mild gastrointestinal reaction in 5 cases;all these symptoms improved after therapy and did not affect the treatment.Conclusions In patients with rheumatoid arthritis,treatment with etanercept plus methotrexat is safe and effective,and it can improve the effect Cooperate with carefully nursing during the treatment.
