摘　　要：试图突破将基督教与科学作为对立面的传统观点,探求基督教在社会历史与思想内涵这两个方面具有的多元化特征,以及在此基础上体现出来的自由精神、宽容精神及其对科学发展起到的促进作用,发掘基督教作为一种文明形态所包含的宗教宽容思想。In the traditional way, Christianity and science are considered as opposite to each other. This article attempts to break out of this basic antagonistic view and explore the pluralistic characteristics of Christianity in the two aspects of social history and ideological connotations, and the spirit of freedom and tolerance of Christianity, as well as its role played in pro- moting scientific development, and to reveal the thought of religious tolerance contained in Christianity as a form of civilization.
