摘　　要：邓小平在探索和推进中国特色社会主义发展中,反复强调要为科技创新营造宽容的政治环境和社会氛围,要形成保证科技工作者更好地培养、成长、选拔、任用的宽容的体制、机制,从而形成了一系列鼓励和推进科技创新的宽容思想与主张。这些思想和主张,对于奠定今日中国科技创新繁荣发展的良好局面,具有着重要的意义和影响。In the process of exploring and advancing the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping repeatedly stressed the need to create a tolerant political environment and social atmosphere for sci-teeh innovation and the need to form the system of tolerance for ensuring scientific workers in their training, development, selection and employment, thereby forming a series of ideas and thoughts of encouraging and promoting sei-teeh innovation. These ideas and thoughts are important significance and impact for laying the good situation of Chinese sei-teeh innovation and development.
