造纸厂白泥废料制备加气混凝土的试验研究

摘　　要：利用造纸厂自泥废料经过合理工艺处理后制备B05级加气混凝土，研究了水料比、料浆温度和石灰、搅拌时间、铝粉膏对发气的影响，分析了白泥废料制备的氧化钙胶凝材料用量、添加剂及蒸压制度对加气混凝土物理性能的影响，制备了合格的砌块，对其进行了XRD及SEM微观测试，结果表明，利用白泥废料处理后代替石灰用于制备蒸压加气混凝土可形成水化产物是托勃莫来石、水化石榴子石及碱度较低的半结晶CSH（B）的均匀密实的良好的加气混凝土结构。White mud waste from paper mills with reasonable treatment were used to prepare aerated concrete of B05 grade. The effect of water to material, temperature of slurry and lime, stirring time, aluminum powder to the gas-forming were studied and The effect of the dosage of CaO cementations material made from white mud waste, additive and autoclaved system to physical properties of the aerated concrete were also analyzed. The XRD and SEM microscopic test indicate that the hydration products of autoclaved aerated concrete with white clay waste is Tobermorite, hydrogarnet and C-S-H （B）.A homogeneous and densified microstructure of aerated concrete was ob- tained.
