摘 要:现在染色者已可应对最初提出的挑战,通过熟悉各种影响参数并控制它们利于织物的弹性、匀染性和牢度级数,以制定合适的优化策略。必须特别注意的是热定型工艺的温度。作为基本规则,建议采用下降的温度趋势,染前用高温热定型,而染后用低温热定型/干燥,这相比于反过程织物的性能将更好。应用一些适用于单个工艺技术且满足所需织物性能的特定化学助剂,可使聚酯超细纤维/弹性纤维混纺织物成功染色后的性能符合高质量标准。Dyers can rise to the initially stated challenge wherein it is possible to develop the appropriate optimization strategy by being familiar with the various influencing parameters anti controlling them in a favorable way with regard to elasticity, levelness anti fastness level of goods. Special attention must be paid to the temper-alures of the thermosetting procedure. As a basic principle, a declining temperature profile is recommen- ded, t, sing high temperatures during thermosetting when performed before dyeing and lower temperatures during thermosetting/drying when performed after dyeing which is better than the inverse. The application of the chemical auxiliaries specified, adapted to the respective process technology anti to lhe desired article properties, allows the pertbrmance of successful dyeings of articles from polyester microfiber/elastane com-positions required to meet high quality standards.
