摘　　要：目的研究逆行植入髋臼前柱螺钉治疗骨盆及髋臼骨折,探讨其临床应用效果。方法 2007年1月至2010年8月采用逆行植入髋臼前柱螺钉治疗骨盆及髋臼骨折19例,共置入螺钉20枚。术后根据影像学检查结果及患者恢复情况,评估螺钉的位置、骨折愈合情况及疗效。结果全部患者随访时间均在1年以上,所有螺钉均位于前柱骨性结构内,无螺钉穿出,未出现断钉、螺钉松动、骨折不愈合等并发症,19例患者疗效满意。结论逆行植入髋臼前柱螺钉治疗骨盆及髋臼骨折具有安全有效、创伤小、便于操作等特点。Objective To research the efficacy of fixation of pelvic and acetablular fracture with retrograde acetabular screw.Methods 19 cases were enrolled into research since 2007 Jan to 2010 Aug,Postoperative radiographic examination was adopted to evaluate the screw position,healing status and curative effect.Results All enrolled cases were followed up at least 1 year.The screws positions were confirmed well eveloped by bone via the radiographic test.No broken or loosening screws or nonunion were encountered.Generally,the efficacy was satisfactory.Conclusion The method of retrograde acetablular screw fixation is characteristic in secure,minimally invasive and easily operated,thus should be recommended in anterior column fracture treatment.
